Carrus Corporation Ltd is an experienced

Carrus Corporation Ltd was formed by Paul
Adams in April 1990 and since then has established an excellent
reputation in property development. Based in Tauranga and
organised in a tight focused team around its founder - Paul
Adams, Carrus is acknowledged as one of the regional leaders
in property development and management.
Prior to Taupo's Wharewaka Point development,
Carrus has been previously involved in Taupo with the development
of the 99-lot Vaucluse subdivision. All sections sold within
20 months of opening.
